Picking the right mountain bike size

There are different mountain bikes for different people. Sometimes sellers would try to sell you a mountain bike that isn't a perfect fit for you. If you know your size, this shouldn't be a problem.
Mountain bikes are generally measured in frame size (inches), which is the distance from the center of the crank to the top of the frame at the seat tube.

Why now is the best time to start cycling ?
